Sweeping strokes to relax and soothe muscle tension.



Indian head massage

Pressure points and relaxing massage targeting shoulders, neck, head & face.



Reflexology

Relaxing, grounding and soothing. The perfect antidote to stress, anxiety & ‘feeling out of sorts’. Acupressure points on the feet stimulate reflexes in the rest of your body to encourage a state of balance (aka homeostasis) and support the body’s ability to heal itself.

Neck & shoulder massage with facial reflexology/shiatsu techniques plus a scalp & ears.

Head to toe (90mins)

Combines Indian head massage and reflexology.

FOR: Undoing emotional tension & stress... deep relaxation.


Full body (2hrs)

Does what it says on the tin. Covering front & back of legs, back, shoulders, neck, arms & face/head.

FOR: An MOT for your body. Feel renewed.


Pregnancy massage & reflexology (90mins)

Zone in on lower back, hips, legs & shoulders/neck - all those achy bits. Deep relaxation to end (reflexology or Indian head massage).

FOR: Mums to be who deserve some ‘me’ time.


Turbo massage (1hr)

Deep tissue/sports massage on very specific areas of tension ie, legs/hips/back/neck.

FOR: To reduce pain & discomfort.
