For students who have never tried yoga before, are new to practicing or for experienced yogis looking for a calm and slow practice.

All levels welcome, whether you are new to yoga or have some experience, these classes will invite you to try different options that suit you.
~ A combination class which offers elements of beginners and slow flow depending on your level of experience
~ Classes are adapted to each student in the room.
Upper Bucklebury Memorial Hall: Broad Lane, Upper Bucklebury, Reading, RG7 6QHThe Committee Room entrance is the same as the Main Hall’s on right of building. Follow the corridor down to end and Committee Room is on right. The Oak Room entrance is on left of building, nearer the tennis courts.

Yoga classes take place in the bar. No food is served on Mondays but refreshments are available after class.
Plenty of free parking is available at both venues.
