1-2-1s are either online, face-to-face at my garden studio in Upper Bucklebury or at your home (if there’s space).
For sessions with 2 or more people, the Oak Room at Upper Bucklebury Memorial Hall can be booked at a rate of £10ph (depending on availability of hall hire).
I encourage block bookings of either weekly or fortnightly session over a period of 6-12 weeks.
We can cover all elements of yoga (asana, pranayama, meditation, philosophy, sound etc)
Sessions can be 1hr to 90mins or if massage is included up to 2hrs
Sessions are £60ph with a 10% discount when you book 6 or more.
