Soap and hand sanitiser is provided. ▫️ Avoid congestion in doorway/corridor - please allow plenty of space for others to pass. ▫️ Bring your own water/drinks so as not to use the kitchen. ▫️ Bring your own mats and any blocks you’d like to use. If you would like to borrow any mats or blocks from me for each term, please just ask! ▫️ Try to use a loo elsewhere before you come to class. ▫️Equipment: Students must bring their own mat & any other equipment to classes. A mat, 2 blocks and a strap can be borrowed each term or purchased from me. Hire = £10 per term plus a £20 deposit (deposit returned to you upon return of equipment).
